The product status displayed in your product groups includes three key aspects:
- Product status (Active, Draft, etc.)
- Published status (whether the product is published to your Online Store)
- Inventory status

If the product status shown in a product group is inconsistent with the actual product status in Shopify, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
- You haven’t subscribed to any plan.
Without an active plan, automatic synchronization is disabled. - Synchronization delay.
This commonly occurs for published status, which by default is synchronized only once per day. - System synchronization error.
Occasionally, background sync tasks may fail due to temporary issues.
How to fix the inconsistency:
Click the “Refresh” button on the Dashboard page.
This will trigger a full synchronization of all product statuses in your product groups.

Click the “Sync” button for a specific product group.
This option allows you to manually update the status of products within that particular group.
